Jennifer M. Anderson

Jennifer Anderson joined Presley Burton & Collier LLC in 2008, after practicing in Georgia and working as an associate with another Birmingham law firm. Jennifer has experience in a broad range of practice areas, including estates and trusts, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, health law and state and federal appeals.

Jennifer's experience includes representing educators in employment and professional certification matters in Georgia for a 50,000+ member educators' association and assisting with the association's lobbying efforts. Prior to law school, Jennifer worked as a registered lobbyist in the Georgia General Assembly and represented clients in the health care, pharmaceutical and waste management industries.

Jennifer is a native of Columbus, Georgia, a 1994 graduate of Mercer University and a 1999 cum laude graduate of Mercer Law School. In law school, Jennifer served as Lead Articles Editor of the Mercer Law Review and was a member of the Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Team (Best Team, Best Brief, 1998). She received the Faculty Award for Outstanding Senior (1999) and was inducted into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society and the Order of the Barristers.

Jennifer is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Alabama, State Bar of Georgia and Birmingham Bar Association.
